This is because your purchased License Key has not been applied yet. If you have not received an email with a license key, double check your spam folder in case your license key came through and it was marked as spam. If you did not receive an email with instructions on how to do that - we can do that for you. All you need to do is submit a request with your order number (if you have it), or the name of the person on the credit card that made the purchase.

If you found your License Key you can redeem it. Here is an example to show you how:

- Click Display Name
- Click View Profile
- Click Redeem License
- Enter License
- Click Apply
